Yoga can be a useful tool following physical therapy. It is a good way to maintain core strength and flexibility and it can also help in preventing further injury. For me, personally, practicing yoga at Breathe has increased my core strength, improved my flexibility and given me the opportunity to grow my own yoga skills in a safe and comfortable environment.
